The Logan Steel credit application is here to help cover the cost of products purchased from Logan Steel. You have 3 options for filling it out.

• Stop by the shop and fill out the application in person.

• Print our application by clicking HERE, and fax it to 203-237-5917.

• Fill out our ONLINE APPLICATION and click the Submit Email button. After we receive your application we will give you a call within 48 business hours to let you know we received it. If applicable you may need to fill out the official Resale Certificate for provided by the Department of Revenue. You can find this form by either downloading our application or by going HERE and printing it out and either mailing it in or faxing it in.
